What is it about?
1. Supplement to the final Yucca Mt. EIS  Rail transportation of high-level waste which will affect many communities previously thought to have no impact from Yucca Mt.

2. Amendment to the final Yucca Mt. EIS Repository changes add above ground fuel handling and storage.  This plan also includes some major changes:

• Design of the facility, including tunnel layout & the ventilation system,
• Simultaneous construction and waste emplacement,
• Changes to new untested waste containers, and loading, equipment and training at reactor sites.
