Carrie Dann discusses  the land rights struggle, ongoing in Crescent Valley since 1973.  Chris Sewell, WSDP, discusses  gold mining, the Treaty of Ruby Valley and the current US effort  to buy out Western Shoshone  for $.15 an acre.  Mr. Toole, a Dineh guest from the Big Mountain area describes the genocidal impacts of coal mining and forced relocation on his people.
