This report was originally published as a "Blank Wall" supplement to the June/July 2000 issue of the Earth First! Journal. EF!J covers the printing and distribution costs for 10,000 copies inserted into their paper, and an extra 1,000 copies to the authoring nonprofit organization. Extra copies for separate distribution can be ordered prior to printing for a very reasonable cost. It is an awesome gift to groups who don't have the resources to get their message out to a large audience.
